These terms govern your use of tonotop.com and the Tonotop application, operated by Tonotop, Inc. ("Tonotop", "we", "us"). By using our site or service you agree to these terms.

The service

Tonotop provides clinician workflow software that supports structured post-fit hearing care: a program of training sessions, exercises, and assessments that your hearing clinic supervises. Tonotop supports your care; it does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always talk to your clinician about your hearing health.

Messaging Terms

The program

Tonotop sends account notification text messages tied to a clinician-supervised training program. For example, that a new training session is available or that your clinician has sent you a message. Messages come from Tonotop, on behalf of your care with your clinic.

Consent

Messages are sent only to people who opted in to receive them. Consent to text messages is not a condition of receiving care from your clinic or of using Tonotop.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan. Tonotop does not charge for text messages.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opting out and help

Reply STOP to any message to stop all text messages. Reply START to resume. Reply HELP for help, or email support@tonotop.com.

Supported carriers and geography

The messaging program is available on major carriers in the United States and Canada.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to opt in, or have the consent of the mobile account holder.

Acceptable use

Use Tonotop only as intended and only with accounts you are authorized to use. Do not attempt to break, probe, or overload the service, and do not use it to violate the law or the rights of others.

Content and ownership

Tonotop and its content, including software, text, graphics, and trademarks, belong to Tonotop, Inc. or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them except as the service intends.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the same extent, Tonotop's liability arising from your use of the service is limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
